Me too! Me too! Hubby made his awesome salsa yesterday and I will make some guacamole with it. I have a great chicken tortilla soup recipe if you want it, I’ll share it with you! Happy Cinco de Mayo? Poodles! It’s a friend of ours birthday. We don’t actually celebrate the holiday. My hubby was afraid that his work force wouldn’t show up for work today though! Hugs!
The best thing about living in Tucson is that there is *real* Mexican food here all the time!! And we don’t even have to cross the border. But the hispanics here don’t even pay attention to today…they say it’s a gringo holiday.
